With the fat injection method, first fat is extracted from different parts of the body like the abdomen, back, thighs and hips through liposuction.
After a purification process, micro droplets of fat are injected to the buttocks, giving them a curvy shape.
The liposuction procedure is carried out with the use of thin 3mm cannulas. Small fat particles are collected from the body by injection, hence requiring no incision.
Since the fat is extracted from the person’s own body, this method is considered to be a very safe option for the patient.
The method also allows the person to get rid of unwanted fat in other parts of the body, like stomach and back fat. As a result, the patient will get firm buttocks but also a slimmer waistline.
Silicone implants are widely used for its many advantages: Firstly, the result is permanent and there is no limit for the augmentation. And it doesn’t require much fat to be extracted from the patient.
Silicone implants used for butt augmentation are similar to the ones used for breast augmentation surgeries. But their shape vary a lot and are specially designed to fit the buttocks.
Butt implants are placed in three different ways; under the sarcolemma, under the muscle or in the muscle. Each method has its own advantages.
